Happy Onam folks ! It has always been a dream to visit Kerala during Onam and the last time I had the Onam Sadhya was at Taj Vivanta Bekal .
This delicious Avial was cooked for me by the housewives of Bekal, who prepare traditional dishes for the guests at Taj Vivanta.
I do hope that next Onam, I will be in a different part of Kerala, digging into more traditional dishes.
Your recipe is very delicious and healthy.
Onam is the best time to be in Kerala. The rains would have reduced and everything green. We too stayed in Taj Bekal and were treated by lovely traditional dishes of Kerala. Being veggies, the choice in Kerala cuisine is much less. Nevertheless, it was very well made. Especially Avial….
Delicious looking dish.Definitely would love to taste it.I would be very thankful to you if can share what are the ingredients require to make this dish.
