Remembering September 11 – New York City
I happen to visit the St Paul’s Chapel in NYC, situated very close to the World Trade Centre Site.
I was told the chapel miraculously survived the destruction and was a refuge of survivors and rescuers. I saw a lot of people breaking down as I sat in the chapel for a while and looked around the memorials and the small symbols of peace and sacrifice exhibited there
Interesting, but at same time sad to remember the incident that never to happen even in a dream! This place is lovely.
touching!!….
Such colors and diversity in your blog.. enjoyed it.
New York always rocks,Colors are mesmerizing..
very interesting….doesnt it remind you of our temples where we tie a cloth or a thread to make a wish? looks like no matter how advanced u get, the basic ideas remain the same!
You should have added the pic of some cards that childs have sent to the officers and fire fighters…
In my opinion this is the best place in NY. The emotion this place carries is untouchable, even by Statue of Liberty anf Epire State Building…
