Here is a wild adventure this Deepavali. An elephant chase in Bandipur . Well,I am not going to post it here .Read more about this wild excapade in CLAY(Club Mahindra and You) a corporate blog of Club Mahindra where I am a guest writer. It is a great initiative by Club Mahindra which wants to promote travel , travel blogging and travel bloggers , so if you wish to be a guest writer , please do let me know.
Lakshmi, if possible count me in. I have been to their Coorg property and would love to write about them again. And enjoy your trip.
The last time I was in Bandipur was in 2006.
Lakshmi, are they interested in India travel writers/bloggers who reside abroad? π

What wonderful opportunity, congratulations, Lakshmi, you are a great catch for Club Mahindra!
Should they ever wish to either invite me to India (*giggle* that would be expensive!), or an article about “my” Vienna, I am game. Thank you for the offer!
That’s a great attempt, and wild picture. I felt to miss the day travel at this stretch in night recently.
Hi Lakshmi! Happy Deepavali!!

very interesting experience, that – thanks for sharing.
i once had a similar experience, very close – in a place called muthanga – in kerala, which i think is the same forest region as bandipur is. the only difference is, we were on a motorcycle, and i kept wishing we’d get thrased by the fellow – for what a fascinating end, it would be π
Read that Lakshmi, very interesting!
I remember a three day stay at a guesthouse in the middle of Bandipur during childhood days. Right where the deer retire for the night…as you can imagine, when we woke up in the midst of deer everywhere, it was amazing!
