Most people rave about the sunrise in Angkor Wat and insist that its a sight to behold. Well, I dont deny that, but sunsets are gorgeous as well. And unlike the crowd during at Angkor Wat, here I had the sunset all to myself. I was returning from Pre Rup towards Angkor when I saw this huge lake in the middle of nowhere and the sun was calling it a day. I stopped the tuk tuk, took in the scene and spent a few minutes by the lake. I often realize that travelling is not always about ticking off the to dos but finding moments like these..what do you think ?
